To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules during your stay: • 🚫 Parties or events are strictly prohibited without prior authorization at the time of booking. • 🔇 Sound systems are not allowed on the property. • 🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and the use or possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. - Glass containers and food are not allowed in the pool areas • 🐶 Pets are not allowed on the property. • 👥 No additional guests are allowed beyond those listed on the reservation unless previously authorized. • 🚫 External service providers (chefs, photographers, waitstaff, etc.) are not allowed without explicit prior approval. • 🧒 Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool area. • 🔊 Please keep noise levels low, especially at night, to maintain the peace of the neighborhood. • 🕒 Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Any changes must be coordinated in advance. • 🍽️ If you use the kitchen, please clean all utensils and surfaces after use. • 🛏️ Please treat all furniture and equipment as if it were your own home. Any damage must be reported immediately. • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. During your stay, you’ll get to know Víctor and Genny, part of our lovely in-home staff. They will be on-site each day to prepare breakfast and provide daily housekeeping. We’re here to make your experience perfect! 🚀 🌡️ Weather & Tips • Isla Mujeres has a warm, humid climate year-round, especially during summer. While all bedrooms have A/C, it may take a few minutes to cool down the space upon arrival. • The living and dining areas are open-air and do not have A/C, but they are equipped with ceiling fans to keep the space comfortable. • Mosquitoes may appear at sunset due to the nearby mangroves. We recommend closing doors during this time and using insect repellent for added comfort.
